I’ve been looking in the New Market, MD area for awhile and after being outbid on 3 offers, my husband and I decided to look into the new built option. We circled back to Lake Linganore at the Hamptons with the sales rep Katie and told her if a lot opened up, we would be interested. Katie followed up and contacted me letting me know a contract fell through and a lot was available for a Feb/Mar move-in date. I'm big on customer service and the fact she remembered speaks volumes to us.
